Please be advised that effective December 10, 2013 the 24/7 Card program will end and you will no longer be able to use your card. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. We recommend that you spend or withdraw any remaining balance on your card as soon as possible and that you stop further loading of your card. Any funds not used on the card after December 10 will be returned via check to the address contained in our records. Allow up to 60 days for checks to be processed. It is imperative that you make sure your current address is updated in your customer profile. If you have any questions please feel free to contact customer service at 888-247-7400. For those of you using the Direct Deposit function, please see your employer to make alternate arrangements. You will no longer be able to load additional funds to your card after November 18th.
